About The Study

Do you have Type 2 Diabetes and use (or are willing to start) basal insulin? You may qualify for a research study evaluating a new glucose monitoring system.

This study is designed to evaluate how an FDA-cleared CGM system and basal insulin dose calculator work, and to confirm it is safe to use. Participants will wear the study CGM device and use a mobile app that provides daily insulin dose recommendations for approximately 4 months. Weekly telephone check-ins are also included.

To take part in the study, participants should:

• Have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
• Be currently using Glargine U-100 basal insulin, or willing to start
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be willing to wear the study provided CGM system
• Be willing to receive and follow daily basal insulin dose recommendations through the study app
