New Study for People Ages 1–35 at Risk for Type 1 Diabetes – See If You Qualify!

About The Study

Are you or your child at risk of developing Type 1 Diabetes? This study is testing a once-daily investigational oral medication (or placebo) to see if it can slow the immune system’s attack on insulin-producing cells and delay the onset of Stage 3 Type 1 Diabetes. There are currently no oral treatments available to prevent or delay this stage.

To take part in the study, participants should:

  • Be 1 to 35 years old
  • Have 2 or more diabetes-related autoantibodies (GADA, IAA, IA-2A, or ZnT8A)
  • Meet the definition for Stage 1b or Stage 2 Type 1 Diabetes
  • Have a body weight of at least 10 kg
